NH CANTERBURY — Planning Board approves lot line adjustment, subdivision for A. Julian Family Trust. Surveyor F.
Webster Stout presented an application to resolve a barn that straddled the property line on a 37-acre Foster Road parcel, splitting it into a 25-acre parent lot and a 12.3-acre new lot on Hackleboro Road; the board unanimously approved the adjustment. In separate conceptual discussion, applicant Steve Cochrane proposed rezoning 17 acres of his 76-acre property from Agricultural to Commercial, but Board Chair Brendan O'Donnell and other members raised spot-zoning concerns and directed him to explore whether commercial uses are already permitted under the Agricultural zone's Table of Uses.
