Planning Board approves Asby Road subdivision with conditions

NH CANTERBURY — Planning Board unanimously approves Asby Road subdivision with conditions. Chair Brendan O'Donnell and members Greg Meeh, Joshua Gordon, and Scott Doherty approved the subdivision of applicant Jim Snyder's property on Asby Road (Map 228 Lot 11), contingent on the applicant providing a wetlands stamp on the plan and documentation of the remaining parcel's frontage and total acreage. Member Logan Snyder recused herself as an abutter.
The Board unanimously granted Snyder's waiver request for wetlands delineation on the parent parcel, which contains two small areas of wetlands with sufficient upland acreage.
