Select Board approves LED lighting retrofit at Municipal Complex

NH CANTERBURY — The Canterbury Select Board unanimously approves $32,864 LED lighting retrofit for town complex. The Affinity LED project costs $44,644 total, with Unitil contributing an $11,780 rebate, to be financed at zero percent interest over 10 years at $278.86 monthly. Town Administrator Ken Folsom reported the conversion is projected to save $4,243 annually in electric costs, yielding $897 in net annual savings after financing.

The Board also unanimously hired Dagan Howell as part-time Transfer Station Attendant and Nick Ferguson as full-time Highway Maintenance Worker, both after passing background checks.
