Board of Adjustment approves bylaws, directs letter on market special exception

NH CANTERBURY — Canterbury Board of Adjustment approves bylaws and directs letter for community market. The board unanimously approved new bylaws following extended review sessions, with Chairman Jim Wieck to sign as chair and Vice Chair Web Stout (present via Zoom) expected to sign upon his return. Members voted unanimously to direct preparation of a letter to Canterbury Community Market, LLC outlining the board's position on whether a special exception is required under local ordinance, after the LLC withdrew its own special exception application.
The board also voted unanimously to recuse board clerk Lisa Carlson from a closed legal session given her role as CEO of the market LLC.
