Trustees approve youth fund allocation for Halloween celebration

NH CANTERBURY — Canterbury Trustees For Town of Canterbury Trust Funds approve $1,000 youth fund allocation for Halloween event. The three trustees — Tiffany Brown, Greg Heath, and Silvia Styles — voted unanimously to expend up to $1,000 from the Canterbury Youth Fund for town Halloween celebration costs, pending coordination with Randi Johnson, the recreation director, and the Board of Selectmen. The board also reviewed quarterly fund performance and confirmed holdings remain aligned with the investment policy.
The trustees voted unanimously to align records retention policy with town standards and to move the annual policy affirmation from January to April following guidance from the state Trustees of Trust Funds seminar.
