Cemetery Trustees approve Fife family burial lot expansion

NH CANTERBURY — Canterbury Cemetery Trustees unanimously approve burial lot sale and expansion for Fife family. The board approved the sale of two additional burial lots to Linda and Robert Fife, expanding their Maple Grove Cemetery holdings to ten plots, contingent upon headstone placement on the back line. Sexton Kent Ruesswick reported grounds maintenance progress and requested the Trustees' consideration to purchase a battery-powered hammer drill at approximately 400 dollars for pin-setting operations.
Cemetery Historian Mark Stevens reported approximately two dozen community members participated in a History Scavenger Hunt at Center Cemetery before the project concluded.
