Canterbury Agriculture Commission promotes Davis, prepares for Class VI roads

NH CANTERBURY — Canterbury Ag Commission gears up for Class VI road implications. The Agriculture Commission unanimously approved June 23 minutes and promoted alternate Ben Davis to full member, while readying input on a July 1 state law restricting construction on certain roads that may impact agricultural land. Selectmen Representative Calvin Todd encouraged cross-board coordination.

The Commission plans training on current use regulations and will consult with the Planning Board on cluster development and wetlands rule revisions.
