Select Board Approves Community Power 2026 Default Rate

NH CANTERBURY — Canterbury Select Board approves Community Power 2026 default rates in tiered structure. The board voted unanimously to adopt the Canterbury Basic Rate as default if the Community Power Coalition rate falls below the utility default rate, with an adder of 1 to 4 mils per kilowatt-hour. In additional unanimous votes, the Selectboard authorized Town Administrator Ken Folsom to sign HealthTrust 2026 employee health insurance contracts and confirmed approval of a Loudon EMS contract for backup emergency medical coverage effective January 1, 2026.
