Planning Board rejects subdivision application for missing site details

misc · Meeting of May 28, 2026

NH CANTERBURY — Planning Board rejects Akerstrom subdivision for incomplete site plans. The three-lot proposal for Baptist Hill Road lacked required building envelopes and driveway-access details, as well as proposed well and septic locations, according to Chair Brendan O'Donnell. The Board voted unanimously to require revision.

In separate action, the Board adopted Chapter 9 – Solid Waste Management as an amendment to the Master Plan, approved five development-review checklists designed to clarify application-completeness standards, and unanimously backed the updated Capital Improvement Plan, which includes deferring the new loader purchase to 2027.
