NH CANTERBURY — Canterbury Zoning Board rules LLC's proposed use requires special exception. The Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously approved a letter to Canterbury Community Market LLC concluding that its proposed use constitutes a restaurant and requires special exception under town ordinance, overruling the LLC's assertion that zoning relief was unnecessary. The board sent the correspondence after reviewing evidence from a June 24 hearing and consulting with Town Attorney Michael Courtney.
Chairman Jim Wieck said the board reserves the right to consider additional evidence should the LLC seek a new hearing.
